How to use text fields & multiple options to create personalized gift cards

Product Customizer tip: Use Shopify's standard Product Variants system to create "quantity" options ($10, $15, $20 giftcards..) or any selections which will require different prices. Shipping Methods should also be in the Variants system to account for price changes.
Product Customizer tip: If you are sending plastic giftcards by mail then you would use standard fields like: Name, Address, Postal Code, Province, Country, Contact Phone Number, and etc. Most of these options use either standard or large text fields, but if there are specific options then you can use multiple options to create a selection list. For example, Provinces or Countries can list only the locations which your business ships to as selection options.
